When you’re in a niche market, your audience isn’t just “customers”—they’re your people. You need to know them inside and out. What do they love? What do they absolutely hate? What keeps them up at night?

Talk to them directly, and then use this in your marketing campaigns. Run surveys, join Facebook groups, engage in forums—heck, even have real conversations (gasp!) if you can.
